Why does frost keep building up in my freezer?

The reasoning behind that
Damp air sits over the peninsula most mornings, so a coil here takes on more water in a week than the identical appliance collects in a month east of the 5, and a heater, thermistor or terminating switch with a little age on it will give up on this side of the county. How the diagnosis goes
