Everything Point Loma Sub-Zero Specialists knows about you came off a phone call about a broken appliance. Here is what we do with it.
The information we hold
A refrigerator cooling and leak repair booking creates one record: who you are, how to call you back, where in Point Loma the appliance is, and what it is doing. Point Loma Sub-Zero Specialists keeps that and nothing more.
How we use it
It schedules the visit, it gets the refrigerator cooling and leak repair and ice maker and water delivery repairs work done, and it lets us call you back about a part or a follow-up. The rest of what we keep exists because California requires a repair business to keep it.
Retention
Records are kept for the life of the warranty and for as long as tax and insurance obligations run, then deleted. What Point Loma Sub-Zero Specialists does not do is accumulate them into a marketing profile or feed them to an advertising network.
What the site itself collects
These pages are static files. No contact form, no account, no login, no comments — there is nothing here that can collect anything on its own. The web host keeps standard access logs — address, page, timestamp — as all of them do.
Disclosure to others
Point Loma Sub-Zero Specialists does not sell, trade or rent what you tell us, and there is no advertising business attached to this company that would want it. Inside the company it reaches the person who takes the booking and the technician who does the work, and stops there. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging consent is not shared with anyone.
SMS
If you leave a mobile number, expect at most a handful of messages and all of them about your own repair — confirmation, arrival, a follow-up on a part. These are service messages about your own appointment, not marketing. Reply STOP to any of them and we will stop texting that number. Message and data rates may apply.
Your rights
California gives you the right to see your record, to have it deleted, and to opt out of its sale. The first two are a phone call to Point Loma Sub-Zero Specialists; the third is moot, since we sell nothing.
Children and this site
Nothing here is aimed at children and Point Loma Sub-Zero Specialists does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

This page is the policy. If it changes, it changes here, and the version you are looking at is the one that applies to your job.
